About Isabelle
I am now accepting new students, having just graduated from Oxford with a double first in Geography.
I have been tutoring since sixth form, where I accrued an unbeaten track record from over 15 students of raising predicted GCSE grades of C/D to A*/A.
I am now most happy tutoring AS and A2 level (geography, history and politics) having achieved high A* grades in all three, as well as helping with Oxbridge admissions.
I can offer advice throughout the process, from selecting courses, to personal statements, to the TSA (Thinking Skills Assessment), to interview preparation. I am happiest working with students applying for geography, history, history and politics, PPE (Oxford) and HSPS (Cambridge) at the interview preparation stage, however I believe I would be able to assist students looking to apply to any course in writing personal statements and preparing for the TSA.
What I may lack in teaching qualifications, I more than make up for in immediate and personal understanding of the current education and exam system, as well as a friendly (although professional) attitude.
