About Zahra
Hello! I’m Zahra, a recent graduate from Christ Church College, Oxford. I studied Philosophy and Theology and have a genuine passion for studying religion as an avenue to discover more about the nature of humanity and our own existence. I hope I can offer advice and a guiding hand through what can, at times, be an intense experience. I lead lessons with a friendly and approachable manner, hoping to put the student at ease and make them feel comfortable as we work together. It is important to me that they feel they can raise any questions and we can spend time making sure they feel comfortable throughout the process.

I offer general university application support as well as Oxbridge specific preparation. I hope I can offer advice and a guiding hand through what can, at times, be an intense experience. I am student-led and happy to adjust my times accordingly. I can give advice and support concerning the Oxford PhilAt (Philosophy Admissions Test) as well as any work that needs to be submitted as part of the application. We can also practise mock interviews and specific techniques useful in Theology interviews concerning blind extract questions. My experience includes being Subject Representative at Oxford. I acted as a mentor and tutor for students studying Philosophy and Theology in the years below me. This saw me help younger students with areas they were academically struggling in as well as offering a place of support for their general worries and stresses. I have also offered my admissions support to multiple students in years lower to me, with a majority success rate.
