About Alice
I'm a recent graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, where I earned my degree in Political Science and Economics with a 3.95 GPA. My academic background is both interdisciplinary and rigorous, and I've developed strong skills as a researcher and writer through extensive coursework across the humanities and social sciences. In addition to my specialties, I have a solid foundation in literature, math, history, and science, allowing me to support students across a wide range of subjects. Beyond academics, I have hands-on experience in education. I've taught adult learners and ESL students through a local literacy council, and I’ve served as a tutor with Teach For America’s Ignite Fellowship, where I provided targeted support to K–12 students. I tutor all core subjects from elementary through high school, including math, science, reading, and writing. I also assist college students with academic writing, literature, history, politics, and economics. Whether a student needs help catching up, wants to excel, or is preparing for exams, I provide personalized support that meets them where they are and helps them reach their goals.
