About Marta

I am a Spanish graduate in Journalism and Law. I have been giving private lessons in Spain in different fields: maths, Spanish, etc. for high school students. I have also worked giving Spanish lessons to immigrants in Madrid. Working on this, I learned how to manage large and small groups of students. I also have been working as a journalist in Madrid. I have taken part in intercultural projects, which allowed me to share my culture and language with foreign people.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is basically working on different aspects of the language: writing, comprehension, speaking, grammar, etc. This makes the student able to develop his/her language skills in all these aspects, as well as to make the lesson more pleasant. I am at the same time open to focusing on aspects that students want to improve more. We work during the lesson, but also after it with exercises, videos, readings, etc. that I will send you. The student has an important role during the class, so she/he will have to be active and participate. Besides, I love teaching about Spanish culture if the student is interested, so I include it with the learning of grammar.
