About Moxa Hiteshbhai
Teaching aligns seamlessly with my professional ethos and academic pursuits. As an aspiring landscape architect engaged in advanced research on the legal and environmental histories of land and water, I am deeply committed to understanding the complex interplay of ecological, hydrological, socio-economic, and regulatory dynamics shaping our built and natural environments.
My fascination with cities and their eccentricities, coupled with a fervent curiosity about people, places, and patterns, underscores my motivation to impart knowledge and insights through teaching. I perceive teaching as an avenue to share my expertise and enthusiasm with future architects and landscape architects, instilling in them a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted challenges and opportunities inherent in our field.
Moreover, I view teaching as a means of nurturing critical thinking and ethical decision-making among students, empowering them to approach design processes with a holistic perspective that prioritizes environmental sustainability, social equity, and regulatory compliance. By fostering a learning environment that encourages creativity, inquiry, and collaboration, I aspire to cultivate a new generation of professionals who are not only proficient in their craft but also conscientious stewards of our built and natural environments.
In essence, my desire to teach emanates from a deep-seated commitment to advancing knowledge, fostering intellectual growth, and contributing meaningfully to the evolution of our profession and the betterment of society at large.
