I spent 13 years refining these specific pedagogical habits for violinists. You will find me rigorous but warm when addressing bowing technique or intonation.
Music theory and double stops form the backbone of my instruction. We work through rhythm and timing alongside shifting positions to ensure stability. My students master scales and arpeggios until left hand agility feels like second nature. Sight reading becomes an analytical process rather than a guessing game.
These methods come directly from my violin primary background. I enjoy watching students connect the dots between technical discipline and artistic expression.
