About Ana

I am a Certified Reiki Master in Mikao Usui Method. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Coach with 8 years of experience. I love practising and teaching this powerful healing technique that brings health, alignment, relaxation and balance to our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. By taking my Online Reiki Course you will be able to apply self-reiki and to others in person or at a distance (from level 2). As a Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Coach I love sharing my experience and knowledge with my students helping them to reach great results in their overall well-being and contributing to their life-changing for the better.

About the lesson

My sessions are 1:1 online where I share all my knowledge about Reiki and my experience as a Reiki Healer. My Online Reiki Course Mikao Usui is well structured with rich content that includes: - Live online 1:1 session where I share the manual to explain in detail every technique and we practise them; - Homework (study and practise at home); - Complete Manual in pdf; - Complete Chakra manual; - Complimentary e-books with other techniques that support Reiki sessions such as: Animal Reiki, Chromotherapy, Music therapy, Aromatherapy and Crystals. - Certification at the end of the course. Sessions happen once a week so you will have time to practise the exercises, study the content and share your experience or any questions in the next lesson. The number of sessions depends on the level of the course you take. I look forward to starting this journey with you!
