About Stearne

I'm Stearne, a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner specialising in mindset and relationships, with over 20 years of corporate experience, including senior international leadership roles.

Alongside my professional training, I bring something equally important to my relationship coaching: lived experience.

I've been with my partner for almost 20 years, and I understand that fulfilling relationships aren't built on perfection. They require self-awareness, communication, vulnerability, healthy boundaries and a willingness to understand both yourself and the person you're relating to.

I became a coach because I'm fascinated by the patterns we develop - particularly the ones we don't always recognise until they begin affecting the choices we make, the people we're drawn to and the relationships we create.

My role isn't to tell you who to date, whether to stay or leave, or what your relationship “should” look like. Instead, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can understand your patterns, explore what you genuinely need from a relationship and become more confident in trusting your own judgement.

Whether you're dating, struggling with recurring relationship patterns, navigating challenges within a relationship, rebuilding confidence after one has ended, or simply questioning what you really want from love, we'll work together to create greater clarity and help you move forward with intention.

About the lesson

My approach to relationship coaching starts with one simple belief: before you can make better relationship choices, it helps to understand yourself and the patterns influencing those choices. 

I work one-to-one with adults who may be navigating dating, struggling with recurring relationship patterns, experiencing communication or boundary challenges, rebuilding confidence after a relationship, or questioning what they genuinely want and need from a partner. 

Our sessions are conversational, confidential and non-judgemental. I use thoughtful questioning, NLP techniques and structured coaching to help you explore what's happening beneath the surface - not simply what happened, but why certain situations affect you, what you may be repeating, and what your experiences can teach you about yourself. 

I won't tell you who is right or wrong, who you should date, or whether you should stay in or leave a relationship. Instead, I'll help you separate what you genuinely think and feel from fear, expectation and outside opinion, so you can make decisions with greater confidence and self-trust. 

As a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, my aim is not simply to help you solve today's relationship problem. It's to help you develop the self-awareness, communication skills and clarity that can support healthier relationships long after our coaching ends. 

My coaching is delivered online through a structured six-session programme, giving us the time to understand what's really happening, recognise patterns and turn those insights into meaningful change.
