About Marianna
Completing my Masters in teaching Mindfulness, Post-graduate certificate of education, Honours in Psychology and Human Bioscience (human biology and genetics). Certified Yoga teacher and crisis counsellor training. I’ve done 1-to-1 relationship coaching as well as offered workshops on Stress management, sub-conscious emotional habits and communication strategies.

I find what works for you and then adapt my content & approach to best suit your needs. I teach online and in person, in groups or 1-to-1.
