About Tobias
I hold a first-class Master’s degree in Chemistry and have completed a year of PGCE study. I have experience tutoring Maths both one-to-one and in small groups, working with students of varying abilities, including those who have found maths challenging or lacked confidence.
I have also worked with pupils with a range of learning needs and am experienced in adapting lessons to suit each individual. I am patient, approachable, and passionate about helping students feel more confident in maths and achieve their potential.

I offer online secondary and GCSE Maths tuition in a calm, friendly, and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, with topics broken down into manageable steps and explained in a clear, straightforward way.
I encourage students to share what they feel they need to focus on, helping them feel more confident and in control of their learning. Lessons are adapted to suit different learning styles, and students are encouraged to work at their own pace, ask questions freely, and build confidence gradually. Whether maths feels challenging or you are aiming to improve your grades, my focus is on developing understanding, confidence, and belief in their own ability.
