About Bhavana
Almost an engineer by qualification (B.tech in Information Science and Engineering), photography, art, social service,writing and cooking enthusiast. Definitely aspiring to experience nomadic life one day. Quite significant amount of teaching experience gained by teaching eleventh grade government kids about computers, teaching eighth, ninth and tenth graders some basic math, science and english as a part of volunteer work at an NGO, teaching underprivileged kids (age group 10 to 14 years) some basic math and english. A constant motivator for my family and quiet a lot of experience in counselling stressed people.

Main aspect of dealing with a stressed person is to pay attention to their situation and show them a way to find peace within. Controlling stress is a vital part of anyone's life and not everyone knows how to do it right. We all need those little tips and tricks to overcome stress. Lots to know and I'll be there to help you.
