Prof. Sandeep Kumar R is BBM (HR) from Bangalore University and MBA (MARKETING) from Visvesvaraya Technological University, M.COM from MKU and is KSET (Management) and UGC-NET (Management) qualified. He is currently handling MBA, M.COM & PGDBA courses. He has profound knowledge in the subjects of his expertise. He is also the “PROJECT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEMBER” affiliated to Bangalore University affiliated institution. He has guided 600+ MBA & M.COM students in successfully completing their university projects affiliated to Bangalore University & Bengaluru City University. He has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum and career of several students. He is an eminent scholar and has authored several research papers at national and international conferences which have been presented and included in the book of proceedings and also in journal publications bearing ISSN and ISBN numbers. He has also authored chapters for the book titled “FINANCIAL FRAUDS & SCAMS, NEXUS BETWEEN CORPORATE, BANKS AND STOCK MARKET”, published by a reputed national publisher. About the lesson

My teaching methodology usually includes PowerPoint presentations, educational videos, documentaries, case study analysis, practical exercises. Teaching for me is a two-way interaction between me and my students facilitating good understanding of the subject and topics under study. It becomes essential in getting to know the student insights while learning. *Carried out practical sessions by incorporating industry examples with explanation about the purpose of the topics being discussed in class. *Creating opportunities for participation of students in discussion for being efficient in the communication. *Directing the students on how to use the study material for positive results in work. *Providing the proper feedback to the students for the further development. *Provided students with information outside the classroom such as the future prospects in the subject, the competitive exams, etc. * I Provide counseling, life coach and mentoring. * A very good listener to all your queries and confusions and developing effective action plans to become successful.
