I am a passionate and purpose-driven educator with a B.Sc.Ed in Mathematics (Second Class Upper) and over seven years of teaching experience. Teaching is not just my profession—it is my calling. I am deeply committed to helping students discover their potential, build confidence, and achieve academic excellence.

I want to teach because I believe education transforms lives. I have seen how clarity in understanding, especially in Mathematics, can change a student’s confidence, mindset, and future opportunities. Many learners struggle not because they lack ability, but because they lack the right guidance and support. I am motivated by the opportunity to bridge that gap.

My passion lies in simplifying complex concepts, making learning engaging, and helping students move from confusion to confidence. I teach to inspire critical thinking, resilience, and a growth mindset. Beyond grades, I want my students to develop discipline, curiosity, and the courage to tackle challenges independently.

For me, teaching is about impact—shaping minds, building character, and contributing meaningfully to the next generation.

About the lesson

My approach to private tutoring is student-centered, structured, and results-focused. I begin with a diagnostic assessment to identify learning gaps and understand each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. Mrs Ruth is not just a teacher but a mentor academic wise she doesn't just teach her teaching break complex equations into simpler forms for quick and efficient understanding. She was also my mathematics teacher back then when i was in secondary school the classes were very interactive with take home assignment to learn what we have been taught more and get better i can say that it was beautiful learning
through her.
