About Charlotte
I served for decades as a judge before retiring into private teaching, and across eighteen years combining that career with private French instruction I have guided approximately five hundred forty students. My legal background gives me an unusually precise, structured understanding of how language functions in serious, consequential settings, insight built from decades of professional argumentation and formal communication. I work particularly well with professionals, academics, and ambitious students who need French that holds up in serious, formal, or high-stakes situations.
