About Frances
I am a Certified teacher with 20 years classroom experience, a Masters' degree in Curriculum development, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I also have a certification in Special Education. I have tutored over 60 students, helping them to pass the school year, understand study skills, and increase their self awareness that they are very capable and CAN do what is needed to succeed.

I individualize my instruction based on where the student is and how thy feel about the subject at hand. I like to try to make learning fun, and include relays, interactive learning and games to help learn the material. I will work one on one while they work through an assignment so they can creatively come up with the required work. I focus on background learning of basics to strengthen their skills so they can work easily and with confidence when they have to work on their own in their classroom setting.
