About Zaya

My teaching approach in Architecture is based on clear communication and strong fundamentals. I guide students through architectural design, building planning, drafting, construction methods, building materials, structural basics, and sustainable design principles. Concepts are explained step by step so they are easy to understand and apply in studio work.
I motivate students to think creatively while staying practical. We work on design thinking, 3D modelling, site analysis, urban planning basics, and portfolio development. I encourage original ideas and help turn them into structured architectural solutions.
