About Shikha
I have been teaching for 7 years now and I have been working with all age groups. I believe in building life long relationships and I am glad that the people whom I have come in contact with have achieved great heights in life. This has helped me to have a home in almost every city in India and few in other countries. I firmly are of the opinion that education brings about richness in life and makes it more fruitful.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Shikha Lall and I am a qualified physiotherapist with Masters in Orthopedics. I also specialize in Pain management. I am a qualified dry needling, myofascial release, sports taping and yoga practitioner. I have been working for 7 years and I have taught physiology, exercise therapy, massage therapy at undergraduate level. I believe in a holistic approach to situations and believe in energizing the mind, soul and the body. I believe in empowering others and aim to give my best to all my patients and students. I have always used a friendly approach towards my students where I look forward to building life long relationships and working towards 2-way learning. We are always learning from one another and no one is too young or too old to either teach or learn. I believe in interacting with person and working towards molding a life in every possible way that I can.
