About Jynee

With 14 years of professional tutoring experience, I teach Saxophone to school students, college learners, and working professionals. I aim to make learning music enjoyable, structured, and easy to understand.

My teaching philosophy focuses on strong basics and clear explanation. I believe good fundamentals are the key to confident performance. I use real-life musical examples, listening exercises, and guided practice to help students learn effectively.

I value clear communication and patience. Lessons are conducted in a friendly environment where students feel supported. Integrity, discipline, and regular practice are important values in my teaching approach.

My saxophone lessons cover breathing control, embouchure development, tone quality, finger techniques, rhythm accuracy, scales, sight reading, and musical expression. I also help students prepare for exams and stage performances.

Several of my students have improved their skills and confidence through consistent learning. Helping students enjoy music and grow steadily is my main goal.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for saxophone is student-focused and practical. I believe students should understand music deeply, not just memorise notes. I use real-life examples and case studies to connect lessons with real performance situations.

I begin by understanding the student’s background and goals. Lessons are customised to suit their learning speed. I emphasise correct breathing, tone clarity, finger technique, rhythm control, scales, and musical phrasing. Practice routines are simple and effective.

Communication plays an important role in my classes. I explain concepts clearly using easy language. I encourage students to ask questions and express difficulties.

Integrity is an important value in my teaching approach. I give honest guidance and encourage disciplined practice habits. Along with saxophone training, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, sight reading, and improvisation basics. My goal is to help students grow into confident saxophone players.
