About Adam
I am a Design Manager at Populous and was previously a Senior Project Architect at Allies and Morrison, where I led complex projects from inception to delivery. With over 12 years of experience across all RIBA stages, I bring practical, first-hand knowledge of how well-run projects are structured, documented, and delivered. I studied at the Architectural Association and Newcastle University, and have taught at the Architectural Association, Central Saint Martins and University for the Creative Arts, where I was an Associate Lecturer. I am an active mentor with POC in Architecture, supporting people of colour in developing their careers, and have mentored extensively throughout my own career—previously serving as an elected Group Representative for over 25 staff at Allies and Morrison. My tutoring style is clear, responsive, and grounded in real practice—offering high-level support for those aiming to qualify with confidence and competence.
