Currently sophrologist and also professor (high school and university), I have many years of experiences as a trainer and consultant. I am used to different audiences: children, teenagers, young people and professionals. I also had the opportunity to hold various positions (i:e marketing director , public sector professor etc.), which allow me to effectively apprehend professional issues and personal needs.
