About Elliot
I've taught everyone from Sea Cadets (ages 14-17) to Submariners (ages 18-35). Teaching is a core part of my last job and I enjoy passing on my fundamental knowledge whilst relating them to real-life examples of its applications. I can be very flexible with travel/ online/ lectures/ Q&A sessions, as a well rounded approach to learning ensures every brain is challenged.

I plan to not only teach student how to pass exams, but develop and broaden their overall knowledge and understanding of the subject. Yes, passing the exams is vital - but a thorough understanding of the subject is just as important! Lessons can be organised with high levels of flexibility to suit the students requirements. My favourite style is bringing my whiteboard and mind-mapping a subject until the required level is achieved, then allowing 10minutes so expand past the required level to further cement the students understanding.
