About Thomas

I am a Rugby Player from Ayr, Scotland, and have played both internationally from Under 18 to Under 20, and have been involved with Strength and Conditioning since the age of 15, I have been involved with many different types of fitness and gym work. I believe my knowledge and my attention to detail will allow for the best results for you.
