About Robert

I am a Computer Science undergraduate studying at a Russell Group University in the UK. I am proficient in Python, Java, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
My CELTA qualification in English language teaching gives me good communication skills, and I have a knack for explaining complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

About the lesson

Interactive Learning: Each lesson incorporates a blend of theoretical explanations and practical exercises. Students actively participate in coding sessions, where they write, test, and debug simple programs.

Visual Aids and Demonstrations: Key concepts are illustrated using diagrams, flowcharts, and live coding demonstrations. This helps in visualizing abstract concepts and understanding the flow of programs.

Step-by-Step Approach: The course starts with fundamental concepts and gradually progresses to more complex topics. Each new concept builds on the previous ones, ensuring a solid foundation.

Real-World Examples: Examples and assignments are designed to be relatable and applicable to real-world scenarios, making the learning process more engaging and practical.

The length of a lesson ranges from 1-3 hours.

I have previously tutored English as a foreign language, and hold a CELTA qualification in English teaching. This translates well into tutoring programming.

My lessons are for beginners who are new or fairly new to programming. All ages are welcome.
