I've been doing Russian lessons with Anna for a few months and she's basically the reason I didn't give up. She's really patient, but she also doesn't let you get away with just nodding along - she gets you talking pretty fast, which is the part I was scared of. We did a couple of lessons on cases and I went in expecting it to be miserable, and it just... wasn't. Highly recommend her if you actually want to learn and not just sit through lessons.
