About Robin Steel
I’ve spent the last five years supporting people through life’s challenges providing me with hands-on experience supporting people with diverse needs, including mental health challenges, disability, low self-esteem, and feelings of being stuck or isolated and what’s always mattered most to me is creating a space where others feel genuinely heard and understood. Over time, I realised that people often came to me for support and perspective — and that naturally led me to pursue life coaching as a way to do that with purpose and structure. I’ve completed several courses in life coaching and mental health awareness through platforms like Coursera, and I continue to build on that learning to better support the people I work with. My coaching style is calm, approachable, and logical — always kind, always honest, and centred around practical progress that fits your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to make a change, I’m here to help you explore things clearly and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
