About Freddie
I have been a sailing instructor for 4 years, i am also a tennis coach and a member of the Army Reserves. I run courses asa lead instructor in Suffolk and despite having high standards have a high pass rate.

I like to teach by having a core topic and making fun and enjoyable ways of remembering and learning the chosen subject. I prefer to get as hands on as possible as I feel most is learnt in sailing by trial and error.
