About Paul

My name is Paul Mifsud, and I bring over 23 years of experience across the hospitality, property, and real estate industries. In my current chief leadership role within one of Malta’s largest and most established real estate companies, I oversee the operational performance and professional development across 25 offices in Malta and Gozo. My work focuses on strategic direction, operational efficiency, and ensuring that our teams deliver a consistent, client-centred service of the highest standard. I am passionate about developing people, helping advisors refine their skills, strengthen their communication, and achieve lasting success in their careers. Teaching and mentorship give me the opportunity to share practical, real-world insight that helps others grow with confidence and purpose. I believe true leadership is reflected not in personal achievement, but in how effectively one’s guidance contributes to the success and growth of others.

My sessions follow a step-by-step progression that builds confident, consistent sales, negotiation and closing performance.
