About HEMRAJ

Hi, I’m Harsh

I’ve been teaching SAT Math one-on-one for over 6 years, working with students across different levels and score goals.

Mathematics has always been my strongest subject—I scored 100/100 in Grade 10 and 99/100 in Grade 12, and later completed my M.Sc. in Mathematics.

Over the years, I’ve helped students improve their SAT Math scores by 100+ points by focusing on how they approach the test, not just what they study.

My work is centered around identifying what’s holding a student back—whether it’s gaps in basics, lack of confidence, or inefficient problem-solving—and helping them fix it with a clear, structured approach.

About the lesson

My lessons are fully personalized based on your current score, strengths, and target.

In the first session, I identify exactly where you’re losing points—whether it’s weak fundamentals, slow problem-solving, over-reliance on algebra, or falling into trap answers.

From there, we build a clear plan.

For students starting from the basics (500–600 range), lessons focus on:
understanding core concepts, removing confusion, and building confidence step by step.

For students already scoring 650+, the focus shifts to performance:
improving speed, decision-making, and accuracy under time pressure.

A key part of my teaching is strategy.

You’ll learn:

* how to recognize common SAT question patterns
* how to spot and avoid trap answers
* when to solve algebraically vs when to use smarter methods

We also focus heavily on Desmos.

I train students to use Desmos as a primary tool—not just for checking answers, but for solving questions faster using graphing, plugging in values, intersections, and regressions.

Another major focus is eliminating careless mistakes, which often cost students 50–100 points.

Lessons are interactive.
I don’t just solve questions—I guide you to think, make decisions, and approach problems like the test expects.

We also practice under real SAT conditions, so you improve not just in knowledge, but in timing and confidence.

The goal is simple:
not more practice, but the right approach—so you can improve faster and reach your target score with clarity.
