About Jaeyoung

Hi! My name is Jaeyoung and I studied French for VCE and received a scaled 48 and I have taken part in several French speaking competitions. In my free time, I love to listen to music, watch movies and read books, in French, English, Korean, in any language I am interested in. With my tutoring sessions, I would love to share my passion for language-learning and help students enjoy French both inside and outside of class. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel supported and confident learning from their mistakes. Whether in Yr 12 or below, I focus on strengthening the basics and building up from there. I look forward to working with you!

About the lesson

-Aiming for solid foundations in the language and focused on application. -Rotating separate language skills (writing, listening, speaking, grammar) by lessons and bringing old concepts to new ones. -Help students learn from mistakes and enhance pronunciation -Focused on VCE exam skills and oral test preparations. -Provide exam feedback -For Yr 7-10, lessons are focused on building skills for VCE -For Yr 11 and 12, the lessons are tailored to their curriculum - 1 hr online lesson -Scaled 48 for French as a second language (proficient in other languages) -Finalist for Berthe Mouchette Competition for Yr 9, 10, 11, and won Berthe Mouchette for Yr 12

She doesn't do anything by half measures and will put the time and effort in to ensure the best tutoring experience that she can provide for all her students. I have always admired her French skills and her dedication to the language. I couldn't recommend Jaeyoung more as a tutor.
