About Luna
I am a student of the performing arts career at UNSAM in Argentina, my specialization is in circus and contortion, but I have knowledge of yoga, meditation, contemporary dance, theater, anatomy, flexibility and a course in personal trainer that gave me tools to be able to guide any type of person to achieve their goals in terms of body, health and stamina.
I also maintain a plant-based diet and am very into the subject of nutrition in that area

They are private and personalised classes in which we work on the personal goals of each one, combining aerobic and anaerobic training, mobility and flexibility.
Each class seeks to advance more with the main objective and raise the resistance. I also like to complement with some acrobatics and dance exercises so that the classes are more fun
