About Lea
My name is Lea Gaetto, and I attend Grand Valley State University! I have babysat four children for five years. Here, I help with homework, preparing meals, and more. Besides working, I have been playing volleyball for eight years, and have participated on the varsity volleyball team since the end of my freshman year's season. Similarly at Lemont High School, I have been involved in several honor societies and clubs at my high school: National Honor Society, Interact (publicity officer), Science Honor Society (fundraising coordinator), Mu Alpha Theta, HOSA, and Yearbook Club!

My teaching method beginnings by offering a safe space for others to ask questions; I bring lots of answers to the table and will never give up on a student! If they are struggling, I take the time to look at their work and see if there is an issue with their calculations or if it is an issue with learning the material. I will always encourage them, and when I see they are discouraged, I will give them a problem to work through that is deemed easier at their level; thus, boosting their confidence in the material.
