About Daniela

Hi! My name is Daniela and I've recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biochemistry and Genetics. I'm ready to share my knowledge with students in a way that is enjoyable and immersive. From experience, science can feel very overwhelming, however I want to help my students properly understand key concepts and build confidence in critical thinking questions. I'm available to support in exam revision, assignment work and achieving top marks. I have a strong passion for learning and tutoring. I've had a tutor throughout high school and university that has helped me build confidence and enjoy breaking down hard concepts. I want to make sure my students are connecting with myself by understanding how they learn and creating a comfortable environment that they feel supported. I have always been a quiet student that would be afraid to ask questions in class but having one-on-one time with a tutor allowed me to exceed exponentially.

About the lesson

My technique for approaching a student is to understand each individuals needs to enjoy what they are learning and deeply understand key concepts. I enjoy teaching exam revision along with research/assignment assistance.

A typical session will last 60 minutes, however depending on the students needs I'm open to 90 minutes.

I've recently completed my degree in Bachelor of Science majoring in Biochemistry and Genetics at The University of Adelaide. I have experience in tutoring in person and online.
