About Sarah
Hello, I'm Sarah, a professionally qualified NZ educator with experience in early childhood, primary and home education. I provide personalized primary science tutoring that inspires curiosity and a love of learning through engaging, hands-on lessons. My approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student's age, interests, current level of understanding, and individual learning needs. I aim to help students develop scientific knowledge, observation skills, critical thinking, and confidence while exploring topics such as nature, animals, the human body, Earth science, space, and simple experiments.

Spark curiosity through hands-on science! These lessons are individualized to each child's interests, learning style, and pace, making science engaging, meaningful, and fun. Using experiments, investigations, worksheets, educational videos, and real-world examples, students develop scientific thinking while exploring topics ranging from astronomy and space to animals, the human body, nature, weather, and fun kitchen experiments. Lessons are interest-led, aligned with the New Zealand Curriculum, and designed to build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning through active discovery.
