  • What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

    I started playing sports when I was around 13 years old. At first, it was simply about having fun with friends and enjoying competition. However, I quickly discovered that I loved challenging myself and pushing my limits. What began as a hobby gradually became a passion and eventually led me into competitive athletics, football, and other sports. Looking back, sports taught me some of the most important lessons in my life—discipline, consistency, resilience, and the value of hard work.
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

    Athletics will always be my first love because it shaped me as an athlete and helped me compete at the national level. Football is another sport I enjoy deeply, having played at the state level. Swimming is something I enjoy both for fitness and relaxation. If I could explore a new sport, I would love to try triathlon because it combines endurance, mental toughness, and multiple athletic disciplines.
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    For me, sport is about becoming a better version of myself every day. I enjoy setting goals, overcoming challenges, and seeing progress over time. What motivates me most is knowing that hard work always pays off, whether it's improving performance, achieving a fitness goal, or helping someone else transform their health and confidence.
  • Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

    One of my proudest achievements is representing my state and competing at the national level in athletics. I am also proud of being a state-level football player and winning district championships in the 100m and 200m races for three consecutive years. These achievements required years of dedication, discipline, and consistent effort, and they continue to inspire me today.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

    Success taught me confidence, but challenges taught me character. Throughout my sporting journey, I learned that setbacks are part of growth. One experience that stands out was losing 6 kilograms in just 7 days while preparing for my Delhi SI CPO physical and medical examination. It tested my discipline, determination, and mental strength. These experiences help me guide my clients because I understand both the physical and mental challenges involved in achieving fitness goals.
  • If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

    I would choose Cristiano Ronaldo. His commitment to fitness, recovery, and self-discipline is something I truly admire. I would ask him how he stays motivated after achieving so much success and what habits have helped him maintain elite performance for such a long time. I would also love to learn how he balances physical training with mental preparation.
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

    I believe motivation comes and goes, but habits create lasting results. I help my clients stay focused by setting realistic goals, tracking progress, and celebrating small victories along the way. Every client is different, so I take time to understand their lifestyle, challenges, and objectives. When people start seeing progress and feel supported, they naturally become more motivated and confident.
  • What makes you a Superprof in sports?

    What makes me different is that I combine real competitive sports experience with practical coaching. Having competed at the national level in athletics and the state level in football, I understand what it takes to improve performance and stay committed to long-term goals. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all programs. Every person has different strengths, challenges, and objectives, so I create personalized training plans based on their individual needs. Whether someone wants to lose weight, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply become healthier, I focus on building sustainable habits and delivering results that last.
