About Mrs Alexis
Hello! My name is Alexis Riley, and I bring 10 years of passionate and dedicated teaching experience to the table. With a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, I am committed to creating engaging and dynamic social studies lessons that make history come alive for middle and high school students in northeast Missouri.
As an experienced teacher, department chair, and lead communication contact in my school, I have honed my skills in developing critical thinking and writing abilities in my students. I have curated curriculums that not only meet state expectations but also captivate student interests, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching educational experience.
My teaching philosophy is centered around fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment where every student feels confident and motivated to succeed.
