I have been an elementary teacher for 33 years in the Ontario-Montclair School District, and it was been a pleasure to work with Mrs. Blanca Valencia for the last 6-7 years with her at Moreno Elementary School. She is a dedicated educator and works hard to meet the needs of the students. She has a positive and caring relationship with her students, and she communicates well with her colleagues, co-workers and parents that she serves. Mrs. Valencia has a deep and thorough knowledge of the California State standards, allowing her to be an effective teacher. She greets the students each day with her warm smile and cheery disposition, and she creates a positive environment for the students to bring out the best in them.
