About Alta-Marie
I am highly organised, proactive and efficient. Utilising my initiative and communication skills, I deliver high quality work consistently while meeting deadlines. I have built sound skills in business development and relationship management and also amassed a wealth of customer service skills in very demanding business environments, which allows me to handle any situation whilst staying calm and keeping both the company’s as well as the customer’s interests in mind.
In my previous job roles at Defy I was responsible for call handling, order taking, ongoing customer care across the entire range of products and services. These roles have given me great confidence in dealing with a wide range of customers, complaint resolution and follow up customer care.
As a senior training consultant in the hospitality trade I polished my presentation skills and am efficient at communicating with all people and empowering them with the knowledge required. My excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Package as well as subject matter expertise, enabled me to compile training material relevant to the subject at hand.
