I met Kenneth through a leadership program in the Trade Union movement during our younger years of employment. He championed labour law programs in the province towards the development of stewards on how to represent a member in a domestic tribunal and chair hearings in the Revenue sector.

Kenny has advanced experience in the Labour Relations and labour law field going beyond 15 years of hands-on practical exposure in defence and education of stewardship in the revenue and public service sector.

He has served with leaders who are now occupying strategic positions in parliament, in the public services and in the private sector. This apportioned a lot of responsibility to him in providing capacity development programs for the membership and union leadership. He stood the test of time when all else was not possible.

Kenneth has four years experience as a Labour Relations Lecturer employed by DHET. In addition to that, Kenneth has been a trade union shop steward for 9 years. Currently, he is a trade union official, practising labour law daily.
