About Yashani
I’m a second year architecture student who studied maths, chemistry and physics at A-level. I’ve spent around a year and a half tutoring within my secondary school and also while at uni in subjects such as maths and physics, ranging from year 7 to GCSE. I also play the piano and I’m an ABRSM Grade 5. I enjoy going to the gym, keeping active and reading too. I love football and Formula 1!

My approach to tutoring is to first understand what you need help with, both subject wise and learning wise. Some people struggle with content and others struggle with the methodology of revising! From here, I will try to personalise the sessions to the right content level and learning style, with recap sessions every 6 weeks and occasional assessments to check mark progress.

Yashani was a tutor for my son in chemistry and maths. She was supportive and worked at a pace that was comfortable but also ensured a sufficient amount of content was covered.
Yashani has been a tutor for my daughter for over 3 months now and has been brilliant! She has been doing GCSE maths and personalises the sessions to the exam board, specific question types, and tier level. She's more than happy to spend a little extra time on those more difficult topics and from my experience is very accomodating too!
