About Verity
As mentioned previously, I currently study Anthropology BA which carries on my love of analysing texts and drawing meanings from them. This has largely stemmed from my passion for English both at GCSE and A-level, where I have developed skills in structuring my writing as well as making sure it stays relevant to the question. I hope to share these skills with your child in my lessons that they too can find the joy and confidence in English as a subject.

- I teach and have most experience predominantly with GCSE students (i.e. years 9/10/11)
- my lessons are usually one hour however should the child/parent like to do 2 hours at once, this is okay too
- I tend to focus a lot on exam technique and preparation , general skills that the student can learn in order to feel comfortable and confident within an exam environment
