About Miss
I’m a secondary school maths teacher who genuinely enjoys helping pupils become more confident with maths. I know that not every topic clicks straight away, so I like to explain things in different ways, break questions down step by step and create a relaxed environment where pupils feel comfortable asking questions.
I want to tutor because I love seeing that moment when something finally makes sense. Whether a pupil needs help catching up, preparing for GCSEs, improving exam technique or simply building confidence, I want lessons to feel supportive, encouraging and tailored to them.
Outside of tutoring, I teach maths full-time in a secondary school in Wales, so I’m very familiar with the demands of the curriculum and the pressures pupils can feel around assessments and exams.

My lessons are calm, supportive and tailored to each pupil’s individual needs.
I focus on building confidence as well as improving mathematical understanding, breaking topics down into manageable steps and adapting explanations until they make sense.
I can support with homework, exam preparation, revision strategies and specific areas of difficulty.
My aim is to help pupils feel less anxious about maths and more confident in their own ability.
