About Hannah

I am currently Head of Art at a Secondary school in London with 10 plus years of studying and teaching art. My qualifications are GCSE (including Art and Design) , A-Level (including Photography and Art) , Diploma in Art and Design (focusing on 3D) and an Interior Architecture and Design degree. I thrive on encouraging future artists to achieve the best grades possible and improve your skills.

About the lesson

‘Better never stops’. Teaching starts with setting high expectations in the classroom whether that is online or in the classroom, creating a positive and relaxing atmosphere is where students thrive. Our learning environment will be a safe space where you will never feel scared to ask any questions and always stretch yourself to be the best artist you can with my expertise.

A typical lesson will be an hour however because art is such a flexible subject it really depends on what we are learning and what you would like to get out of the session. Remember this lesson is all about you and getting as much advice and knowledge you can from me.

I studied art for GCSE and A-Levels therefore know exactly what you are going through. I am now a Secondary school head of art in London so know exactly what is expected from exam boards as I teach students from age 11-16 on a daily basis.

I graduated with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design alongside a diploma in Art Foundation. Plus have had the experience of teaching English in Italy to pre-school children. I run a small business where I teach groups of all ages painting with acrylics.

Whether you are doing your GCSE's and need help with coursework or are in Year 7 and need help improving skills I can cover anything art related.

I am passionate about people being the best the can be and exploring creativity in fun and accessible ways no matter what your background.

My kid was really struggling in art, but wanted to be better. We decided to go with hannah as she bonded great with my girl quickly and we loved her fun nature.

Now my girl loves art and had managed to get an A in GCSE, even though she was predicted a D. We are over the moon with hannah as a tutor. Would highly recommend.
