About Sehaj
I am a postgraduate in Psychology with a strong interest in teaching, student development, and interactive learning. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience in counseling, teaching, workshops, and psychological research, has helped me develop strong communication, presentation, empathy, and active-listening skills.
I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their difficulties. My teaching approach focuses on **concept clarity, interactive discussions, practical examples, and personalized explanations** according to each student's learning needs.
Through my internships and experience with organizations such as PlanetSpark, I have gained exposure to teaching and counseling, while my workshop experience has strengthened my ability to communicate ideas effectively and keep learners engaged. I am collaborative, creative, supportive, open to feedback, and committed to continuously improving my professional skills.
