About Bertrand
I love modern cuisine, quality products, compose with what is there. I am passionate about cooking and raw materials. I was approached on social networks by the program Objectif Top Chef. I carried out the test with the Food critic of the show who selected me to participate in the program. I also presented my dishes and compositions to Thierry Marx who encouraged me to continue on this path. At the end of 2020, I will open a food business in Paris. I love to share, transmit, make people discover. I am of an open and warm nature, essential elements for a course pleasant to me! I have two companies specialized to date in the real estate sector, I am here to fuel my flame for good food.

My method is based on adaptation. Adapting to your pupil, adapting to products, adapting to constraints is the best way to be able to develop yourself in the kitchen. To cook ?
