I have been teaching an American Ninja Warrior Program for the past year and it has helped me work with any age range/skill level. I believe that learning at least the basics of Parkour/Human movement is beneficial in many other aspects of life.

Hi! My name is Caleb Smith, and I'm here to teach students within any age range how to do a variety of different moves. Depending on age and skill level these moves will vary, but I am confident I can help at any level. I work with the student to increase coordination, balance, mobility, and safely teach them skills (or even flips) as they become more capable.
