About Teuku

My football journey started at the age of 16, and today I am playing for a 3rd division club in Lithuania while continuing to pursue my goal of becoming a professional footballer.

As a 19-year-old Indonesian player, I understand what it means to start later than others and still chase your dreams with full commitment and dedication. My journey is proof that it is never too late to improve, grow, and pursue a career in football if you are willing to work hard and stay disciplined.

Through my coaching, I want to share the knowledge, experience, and lessons I have learned throughout my journey — both on and off the pitch. I work with players who are serious about improving their game and developing the mindset required to reach higher levels in football.

My sessions focus not only on technical and physical development, but also on tactical understanding, decision-making, confidence, and mentality — the key qualities that separate average players from high-level footballers.

I want to help players who are in the same position I once was: ambitious, hungry to improve, and determined to become footballers despite the challenges along the way.

About the lesson

Professional Football Coaching with European Playing Experience

I work with players who are serious about taking their game to the next level. Having played football in several European countries, including Spain, Germany, and Lithuania, I have developed a deep understanding of the game from technical, tactical, physical, and mental perspectives.

My coaching sessions are designed for players of all ages and skill levels — from beginners and amateurs to high-performance and professional athletes. While the core principles of football remain the same at every level, the difference lies in the intensity, quality of execution, consistency, and decision-making under pressure.

One of the main areas I focus on is decision-making, as it is one of the key factors that separates amateur players from professional players. Through my sessions, players will improve their football intelligence, awareness, and understanding of the game while also developing technically and physically.

My goal is not only to help players improve their skills, but also to help them think faster, play smarter, and perform with greater confidence on the pitch.

He was able to craft a specific set of drills based on a deep understanding of my existing skills and immediately helped correct all my mistakes in football basics in ONE session.
