About Gemma
I have dedicated my career to supporting autistic children and young people since 2002. Originally trained as a behavioural therapist, I possess over two decades of hands-on experience working across mainstream nurseries, specialist school provisions, and directly inside family homes.
I understand deeply that a diagnosis changes a family dynamic. I do not offer clinical assessments; instead, I act as your practical, empathetic ally. Having worked extensively within the education system, I know exactly how to help translate complex behavioural needs into actionable strategies and routines.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and entirely bespoke. I am proud to support the Brighton & Hove community by providing families with the insight of an experienced therapist, delivered with the heart and care of a dedicated home tutor.
