About Martin
I have been an English Language & Literature teacher for over a decade. I have worked in the British (GCSE), the International Baccalaureate (IB/IEB), and German education systems. I have taught English as an additional and as a home language. Outside teaching, I have worked as a language trainer and online newspaper editor. That function exposed me to new media and social media writing. I am therefore adept at dealing with both literary and non-literary texts. I have hadsolid experience in coaching essay, research paper and comparative essay writing. After coaching a creative writing session recently, I completed my first young adult adventure novel that is currently at a publisher for consideration. I love working with young people and I especially love teaching English language and literature.
