About Jessy
I have been doing theater since I was in elementary school doing all kinds of small jobs behind the scenes. I took an interest in learning about acting in about early middle school and started looking into different acting techniques. In high school I started acting on main stage and continued it into college. Once I did start college I began looking not only at acting techniques, but also what happens off the stage. I like to make sure my students/actors are not only learning, but also having fun and comfortable as they learn.

When it comes to my acting classes I use an assortment of fun, engaging games, and activities to engage my students. I also use these exercises to help my students learn it’s okay to be silly on stage or even make mistakes. Not only do I teach acting classes, I also know all the workings of behind the scenes and teach students that are interested about light, scenic, and sound design. I even give lessons on makeup, costume, and stage management.
