With over 15 years’ experience across government, corporate, consulting, and community sectors, I bring a unique blend of coaching psychology, strategic HR, and inclusive leadership to every session. I hold postgraduate qualifications in gender studies, organisational change, and career development, and I’m currently completing a Master’s in Psychology to deepen my practice.
My coaching is grounded in evidence-based techniques and tailored to your goals—whether you're navigating a career transition, preparing for promotion, or seeking clarity and confidence in your professional journey. As a highly experienced career coach and HR specialist, I bring a coaching psychology lens to every session—balancing evidence-based techniques with human-centric support. My methodology blends reflective inquiry, scenario modeling, and strengths-based coaching to help clients clarify goals, build confidence, and take purposeful action that we can put into practical tools like you're linkedin, resume ,interviewing and salary negotiation.
I use goal-setting, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to support growth and resilience.
I help clients benchmark their skills, map career pathways, and craft achievement statements that reflect impact.
Empathetic facilitation: I create a safe, inclusive space for reflection, challenge, and transformation—especially for women, neurodiverse individuals, and those navigating complex transitions.
Typical Lesson Length
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, with options for 90-minute deep dives or shorter 30-minute check-ins depending on your needs.

• Master’s in Psychology (in progress), with postgraduate studies organisational change, and career development I am also certified in a variety of behavioural assessments and leadership development models.
